"Behind the Bowtie" is the story of Dr. Randy Rasch and how he became the person he is today. From humble beginnings in Southwest Michigan to becoming the leader of MSU's College of Nursing as the Dean Dr. Rasch shares his 'how' and 'why' he became such a leader in healthcare. As a pioneering male and man of color Dr Rasch shattered the stereotypes of nursing in his journey opening the doors to all that follow.
