Interrogation of the Father Who Starved His Baby to Death

The child died of chronic malnutrition. Their house was also found with vermin, insects, and mold during the investigation. Welch was charged with homicide felony murder in August 2018. In 2020, he was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
