Recently, a New York Times article was published on our Elevate Rides program and not only did it highlight the benefits of our transportation program, but it also highlighted this juxtaposition that we have here in Branson where our community prides itself on our infusion of genuine Christian values into our culture, yet when it comes to individulas facing poverty in our community, we seem to neglect our responisibilty as Christ-followers to care for the poor. Why?
