In today's episode, I am walking you through the unpleasant reality of my inner world as of late. Additionally, I chat about not feeling far enough along on my healing and self-improvement journey, the negative effect Plan B had on my mental health this past week, wanting to be silent until I figure myself and my life out, and how our social currency unfairly diminishes when we are struggling.
