What do you do when hackers come after the power grid and plunge the city into darkness? Or intruders infiltrate the I-T systems of a water treatment plant, seizing control of the valves used to clean the water we drink? Increasingly we are seeing sophisticated, widespread cyber attacks on critical infrastructure.   That's costing millions in ransom demands and putting lives at risk. Today, we explore the gaps in the systems, examine questions about government oversight and regulation and debate the question of whether threats to critical infrastructure are outpacing protections.   Our guests are Kevin Newman, award-winning investigative journalist and host of the podcast Attention Control, which focuses on issues of cyber security, privacy, election, fraud, and national security.   And Greg Markel is CEO of Ridge Canada Cyber Solutions - a cyber insurance company founded by Tom Ridge, the first US Secretary of Homeland Security.
