A frustrated 32 year old oyster boat captain "crashes out"(as the kids say) at around the 6 minute mark, while airing out his monthly frustrations with the crippling oyster industry. Also, he got some of those frustrations out at a recent Rugby 7s tournament and lives to tell the tale.
