LISTEN | Morning Prayer - April 22, 2023 | Saturday of the Second Week of Easter "They were frightened, but (Jesus) said to them, 'It is I! Do not be afraid!'" - John 6:19c-20
What storms are you facing at this time of your life? The disciples were terrified when they were caught in the middle of a storm. But Jesus walked on the water and calmed the storm to reach his disciples, reassuring them of his abiding presence and showing them his authority over nature and his compassion for his followers. As he invites his disciples, He too invites us to trust him in the midst of our own storms and to experience his peace and presence. Join the universal Church in praying the Office of Lauds, wherever you are.
