Being humble means recognizing our true worth: to see ourselves as God sees us. It involves striking a careful balance between humbly acknowledging our sin and being aware of how much God values and loves us. He constantly calls us to turn back to Him, but we must do more than just repent of the sins we have committed. We too must resolve to do good from now on and to avoid occasions of sin.
