The extravagant love of God led Him to give His Beloved Son, Jesus, for the life of the world. It is beyond what we can think or imagine, yet He gives it to us freely, not based on any merit or recompense from us. He does so even while we were yet sinners. How do you show your gratitude to God for this amazing gift? How do you live out your faith in a way that honors him and reflects his love to others? As recipients of God's unfathomable love and mercy, may we too respond to his love with faith and obedience, and surrender ourselves to be instruments of His love to others.
