Most of us can agree that appearances are important. The amount of care we put towards our appearances in any given moment can vary, but we all know we’re posting that selfie for a reason. This concept is especially true in Hollywood, where celebrities can find their recent scandals all over the front pages of entertainment magazines if they aren’t careful. But for Anne Heche, it wasn’t so much about trying to be the best version of herself online. She was told that her most authentic self was not ok.
