Welcome back to your "Winning Word Of The Day". Today, we delve into the concept of starting with "who" rather than "why" when defining our purpose. While the popular notion advocates beginning with a deep understanding of our "why" or purpose, I propose that knowing "who" we truly are is paramount. Our identity shapes our purpose; if we don't grasp our true identity, our purpose will be clouded by false beliefs and labels we place upon ourselves.
Reflecting on my journey, I found that believing I was unworthy and unloved distorted my purpose. I chased achievements to fill a void, unaware of my inherent worth from God. Embracing my identity as God's beloved child shifted my perspective and clarified my purpose. I no longer seek validation from achievements but embrace my worth and pursue God's vision for me. I urge you to embark on a journey of self-discovery, starting with understanding who you are, as it profoundly shapes your purpose and actions.
