First, the floods overtook Whatcom County. Now their community is overflowing with love and compassion. Matt Goering, owner of Herb Niemann's Steak House in Everson, is our special guest today. Even though Matt and his family were personally affected by the recent floods, they made the decision to give back. Together with other caring neighbors, everyone is doing their part. Along with a listening ear, hundreds of Thanksgiving dinners were served at the Smokestack Diner and the spaghetti suppers that started a couple weeks ago, continue at the steak house.
