Emmanuel means God with us. He must have told us that a lot in the Bible because He knew that there'd be times we didn't feel it; because He knew there'd be times we'd doubt it. He says it over and over:
I am with you.
It's one of the most off repeated promises in the Bible and I think he did that because He knew some of us would be asking, "Where are you?" And he's saying, "Don't forget this... I am with you."
