Nikhil Torsekar is a podcast host, mental health advocate, healthcare marketing professional, and certified breathwork instructor. He and his wife Shelly Sood launched the Untether Your Life platform - which encompasses the podcast, an upcoming book and movie about their lived experience with mental illness, as well as courses on mindfulness and meditation.
