Description

Neutral spine is a much discussed and argued about concept in personal training, Pilates and in physical therapy. In this episode Nora and Brian discuss what it is, the difference between a neutral spine position and the neutral zone. They also provide simple exercise examples to help you and your clients create a strong and supple neutral spine. This episode progresses low back exercises from supine and all fours to seated and standing.
