Description

This week on "Act of Love Adoptions" podcast, we have the host’s sister, Kylee Ashby share her special journey as an adoptive mom.

As the sister of the podcast host who is a birth mom, she has a unique perspective on adoption. She understands the complex emotions and decisions that come with placing a child for adoption, as well as the joy and fulfillment that can come from being an adoptive parent. Kylee and Makenzie were both adopted by their step dad in their early adolescents, which gives them a deep appreciation for the transformative power of adoption.

After dealing with years of infertility, she was presented with an opportunity to adopt. A few months after the adoption was finalized she got pregnant! There were many ups and downs but her family's story is truly remarkable!

She knows firsthand the impact that a loving and supportive family can have on a child's life and is dedicated to providing the same for her own child.

Above all, the adoptive mom is a role model for love, compassion, and selflessness. She understands that being a parent is not always easy, but she is committed to doing everything in her power to provide her child with the love, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
