Learning to stay present in the midst of uncertainty, especially during this Coronavirus pandemic, can be really tough. We are always going to be in a state of uncertainty. There's no future that is going to exist where we know things are going to happen a certain way at all times. It's not how the universe works.  Bummer, huh?
