It's a true blessing to have individuals in your life that care about your well being! They can honestly encourage you in a positive way AND they can tell you when you are wrong! Be grateful they care enough to do it. Insincere or faint praise of a person can create damage and overall harm to an individual! Growth only happens when you can receive truth AND when you have to speak truth! Be the person who lives by this principle! And understand that He has provided for us a manual (BIBLE) that gives us the blueprint to be successful in this life!
