What's the deal with self-checkout? Enquiring Minds wants to know...
In today's episode of Enquiring Minds, I explore the use of self-checkout at stores. I share my frustrations with the process and the tone of the automated voice prompts, she’s got an attitude problem! 😂
Additionally, I recount my experiences at a local CVS where self-checkout is the only option, causing me STRESS every time I visit! (To be clear, I'm not judging employees, they are trying to make a living.) I question why stores only have self-checkout and suggest that it’s most likely a cost-saving measure to avoid hiring more people.
