Round 1 saw footy as the winner, as over 392,000 people packed out the stadiums to witness a classic opening round. We saw contenders emerge, young guns shine, the new coaches on the block got off to a dream start. There was plenty of drama that packed round 1 with the surface brought into question and the MRO got put to work straight away with several bands given out and the tribunal called straight into action. There were some powerful statements made and contenders tamed, catching all the action here as Pat and Corn look ahead to Round 2 and reflect on the week that was.
