El: Η Πλάκα ήταν γεμάτη ζωή.
En: I Plaka was full of life.
El: Οι πέτρινοι δρόμοι και τα φθινοπωρινά φύλλα που έπεφταν γύρω έκαναν το μέρος μαγικό.
En: The stone streets and the autumn leaves falling around made the place magical.
El: Ο Ανδρέας περπατούσε δίπλα στην Έλενα, κοιτάζοντας τις βιτρίνες των καταστημάτων.
En: O Andreas walked next to tin Elena, looking at the store windows.
El: Ήθελε να βρει το τέλειο δώρο για την αδερφή του, αλλά δεν ήξερε από πού να αρχίσει.
En: He wanted to find the perfect gift for his sister, but he didn't know where to start.
El: "Τόσα πολλά να διαλέξεις..." είπε με αναστεναγμό.
En: "So much to choose from..." he said with a sigh.
El: Η Έλενα τον κοίταξε με κατανόηση.
En: I Elena looked at him with understanding.
El: Ήξερε πόσο σκεπτικός ήταν, αλλά και πόσο σημαντικό ήταν αυτό για εκείνον.
En: She knew how thoughtful he was, but also how important this was for him.
El: Κι όμως, μέσα της υπήρχε μια μικρή ζήλια.
En: Yet, inside her, there was a slight jealousy.
El: Ήθελε να είναι η δική της άποψη που θα μετρούσε περισσότερο.
En: She wanted her opinion to count more.
El: Καθώς περπατούσαν, σταμάτησαν μπροστά σε ένα μικρό κατάστημα με χειροποίητα κοσμήματα.
En: As they walked, they stopped in front of a small shop with handcrafted jewelry.
El: Μέσα από τη βιτρίνα ξεχώρισαν ένα κλειδαράκι που θύμιζε κάτι από τα παιδικά τους χρόνια.
En: Through the window, they spotted a small locket that reminded them of something from their childhood.
El: Ο Ανδρέας κοιτούσε με ενδιαφέρον, αλλά ήταν ακόμα άτολμος.
En: O Andreas was looking with interest, but he was still hesitant.
El: "Αυτό είναι τόσο όμορφο," πρότεινε η Έλενα.
En: "This is so beautiful," suggested i Elena.
El: "Σου θυμίζει κάτι, σωστά;"
En: "It reminds you of something, right?"
El: Ο Ανδρέας κοίταξε το κλειδαράκι πιο προσεκτικά.
En: O Andreas looked at the locket more closely.
El: Ήταν αυτό που έψαχνε: κάτι με νόημα.
En: It was what he was looking for: something meaningful.
El: Ήταν τότε που θυμήθηκε τις βραδιές που περνούσαν μικροί μαζεύοντας θησαυρούς στην αυλή της γιαγιάς.
En: It was then that he remembered the evenings they spent as children collecting treasures in their grandmother’s yard.
El: Η καρδιά του ήταν γεμάτη ευγνωμοσύνη για τη βοήθεια της Έλενας.
En: His heart was filled with gratitude for ti voitheia tis Elenas.
