Happy Feast of First Fruits (Resurrection Day). Jesus fulfilled the Feast of First Fruits, appointed by God in Leviticus 23, by being the firstfruits of the resurrection (1Corinthians 15). We can celebrate because we know with confidence that death is not the end of the human spirit. Through Jesus, the first fruits of the resurrection, every one of us will arise at Judgment Day and enter into our final Destiny. Because of Jesus' sacrifice and resurrection, we can look forward to an eternity with Him. Until then we have the power to bring life and hope into a world that is suffering trying to carry heavy burdens that lead to death and despair. In Christ we are a new creation and no longer carry that weight, we are FREE!!!
