They agree that it's better than it gets credit for, the script is full of funny lines even if the plot is predictable (which isn't always a bad thing), and Fran Drescher's physical comedy and timing is so good. An early title was going to be The King and Oy, which sounds like a Curb Your Enthusiam episode.
