This week we have a special guest, Carol Marji, Christ-centered fitness enthusiast. This week we are hitting on the physical and spiritual aspects of our lives. Carol shares with us how passionate she is about the gym, but even more passionate about Christ. So she brought them together in her instagram fitness page @ccfitness132 !

Carol shares how her whole life she had attended church with her family but it wasn’t until 2019 when she really felt the Holy Spirit speak to her and she gave her life to the Lord. From that point, she made it her life mission to live for God every single day.

She has been an athlete since early elementary years and after high school she took fitness into her own hands and started going to the gym where she created a strict routine for herself to achieve the goals she has for her body.

In this episode we discuss what it looks like to have a split in the gym and how to align it with your goals. Everyone’s fitness journey looks different, the important thing is that you find what works for you!

You’ll hear us talk about nutrition, tracking your calories, the importance of protein intake and why it is important to have cheat days!

Bible verse highlighted: Galatians 2:20 “I no longer live but Christ lives in me” and Jeremiah 29:11 “for I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” When you choose to follow Jesus, you are a new person, you are made new, you are forgiven, and you are redeemed. Knowing and trusting in God’s plan for your life can get you to where you want to be. God wants you to prosper and be fulfilled. He walks with us through everything and everything we go through is for a reason to build our character.
