In today's episode of the podcast, I share some strategies to help you manage your cravings better. I know that cravings are annoying and can be very challenging to control. I used to struggle with this so much when I started my fitness journey. My cravings were always crazy high, and I used to always give in. This would often make me feel very guilty and upset, and it was a cycle that never seemed to end.

Fourteen years into this journey, I have learned a few strategies to help me take control of these cravings, and these are some of the strategies I share with my clients too.
