In today's podtalk with Alyssa, we discussed the importance of resting when sick and how it won't ruin your progress. Both Alyssa and I used to fear that missing workouts due to sickness would set us back to square one, causing frustration. However, after years on this fitness journey, we've learned that's not the case.


Taking a few days or weeks to rest due to sickness is the best thing you can do for your body and health! While it can be mentally tough, especially with an all-or-nothing mindset, we've shared some great tips to help you through it.
