Sharnice “the singer” Walker was born on October 5th in the metropolitan area of the District of Columbia. Raised in the pinnacle era of R&B and Soul genres, singers like Whitney Houston and Tina Marie heavily influenced her vocal repertoire. Dedicated to accomplish her dream of becoming a singer, Sharnice auditioned and attended the prestigious Duke Ellington School of the Arts from 2007-2011 in pursuit of Classical and Opera vocal training with Ms. Angela Powell-Walker as her vocal coach. During her studies Sharnice also became proficient at piano.
