Burnout, can be unnoticed. Most people who are suffering from burnout don't realise it. When the crisis hits and a diagnosis is made, burnout has already been burning for a long time.
That's why it's important to know what burnout looks like, its symptoms and the subtleties it causes. And one of those subtleties is the increasing difficulty in planning, in making all your tasks fit into your day.
