John Dunlap was born and raised in Flagstaff Arizona, attended Flagstaff public schools after graduating from Flagstaff High School, attended Northern Arizona University. Worked for the City of Flagstaff Parks and Recreation, working with the youth and engaging in community activism. John has resided in Phoenix Arizona since 1999. While living in Phoenix John has worked in Recreation and Education, from the high school level up to the university level. John enjoys participating in public speaking events, open mics and podcasts touting his experiences growing up in Northern Arizona promoting the rich history of the Flagstaff neighborhood he grew up in.
