As heart-centered, creative entrepreneurs, it can be a constant dance between having too much to do and too much freedom or flexibility. After all, part of why we went out on our own was to get stuff done! But we also wanted freedom, flexibility, and control of our schedules. We also know is that too much free time can be as bad as too much to do. What allows us to succeed in life and work probably depends on what we aspire to do in each. Creating a container that allows us to collect our energy and then flow in the direction of our aspiration. Mindset plays a big part in how/where we collect and focus our time or energy.
