In our last episode, we talked about being more mindful about the negative words we say to others and ourselves. While we both "fell off the wagon" a little bit in our intentionality on this practice, today we discuss a bit about how every day is ripe with opportunities for us to look at the way we think about and react to the situations and encounter. In regards to saying yes to ourselves, whether in doing new things or just doing the things we want through, we often put off or fail to do the things we really want to by getting in our own way through negative self talk or other excuses.
