Description

Our mantra today was inspired by the person whom I would consider the master of positive thinking, Norman Vincent Peale. In his book, The Power of Positive Thinking, Norman describes a technique in which you just reaffirm positive words, one example he uses is the word Tranquility. Even as he said it, I felt the stresses of the day drain away. 

I now often use this secret weapon of a word when I am stressed, and some how, after repeating it a few times, it always leaves me in the perfect head space.
S0 lets disperse the mental crowd by meditating using the word Tranquility as our mantra.
