Pennsylvania is experiencing intermittent 911 issues Friday.People experiencing issues contacting 911 are asked to contact their local 911 center on their non-emergency lines.In a news conference Friday, Randy Padfield, Director of the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, said there continued to be intermittent connectivity issues Friday evening. The majority of calls seem to be getting through, he said.
