Dave Miller discusses the West Virginia State Senate Finance Committee approving two bills that would cut unemployment benefits in the state. We also hear an interview by Tom Susman with WV AFL-CIO President Josh Sword about how the timing of these bills could not be worse, as two large employers announces layoffs and closures that could affect 1,500 West Virginians.

Dave also discusses news that members of the United Food and Commercial Workers Local 400, representing 38 Kroger stores across WV,OH and KY, will vote this week to decide to go on strike.
