Description

The West Virginia Legislature wrapped up its session on March 9. A number of passed bills have made their way to the desk of Governor Jim Justice. Now, it's up to him on whether to sign the bill, veto it, let it become law or let it die.

Tom Susman has an extended interivew with Alex Macia, a Charleston attorney, who served as General Counsel for Governor Bob Wise, about the process these bills go through once the get to the governor's desk.
