As the West Virginia Legislature's regular session is winding down, one of the many things they are considering is a constitutional amendment that would band medically assisted suicide, something that is already illegal according to State Code. Delegate Pat McGeehan (R-Hancock) is proposing the amendment and told the Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday why he feels its necessary. We'll hear McGeehan's remarks.
