I like sandwiches, I like eating them, preparing them and watching them. If we weren't in a podcast it could almost be the introduction to a new fetish. In reality there is nothing fetish except that, I admit it, I like to eat and there are things that I like more than others, it will be tastes, that thing that each of us in order to be able to choose by reading a menu which dish to order. But if there is a menu that puts me in trouble it is precisely the one made up of possible sandwiches, or sandwiches to say it in English. Choosing which sandwich to eat is very complicated because in the form of a sandwich I would constantly want anything. This does not happen with pasta, or with pizza, or with dishes from foreign cuisines for which I have a great passion but I am able to transform them into something "the usual" with discrete ease.
