I've never been an avid energy bar eater. I have used them in specific cases and I use them in specific cases, in particular when I need energy and at the same time I need not to take up too much space to carry these piles of food with me. But with respect to energy bars, I have another reflection that has brought me into this standby from which I still don't know how to get out of it, above all because I forgot to bring an energy bar with me that gives me the strength to move on.
