Some time ago, at the top of the political debate it seemed that the only problem we are forced to face is that of migration, immigration, in short, the people arriving. In the debate, where and why this immigration comes from matters little, the only certainty is that the how disturbs us. On the right and on the left we are disturbed by the how in different ways, but we all agree that the constant journeys at sea must be changed with more functional but above all more humane solutions.
