I had the pleasure of connecting with the founder of the The Cleveland Chorale @theclevelandchorale , Mr. Dave Gulley. About: A father, musician, model and actor David Gulley is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. He started all his journey at the Cleveland School of the Arts where he majored in vocal music. David earned his B.A. from the University of Toledo and his M.DIV from Ashland University. He had the opportunity to perform for President Clinton, Bush and Obama. David is the director of the Cleveland Chorale which consist of members through the city of Cleveland, whose mission is to provide hope, restoration and transformation.
Introducing the Cleveland Chorale, a musical force that emerged in January of 2022 during the NBA All-Star official events in Cleveland, Ohio. Initially curated as a select ensemble for this prestigious occasion, the choir's undeniable chemistry and passion for music prompted a unanimous decision to transform into a permanent vocal powerhouse.
Since their serendipitous inception, the Cleveland Chorale has left an indelible mark on the Ohio music scene, resonating far beyond state borders. Their harmonious voices have graced various stages across the Buckeye State and reached as far as Greensboro, SC. Collaborating with esteemed artists such as Donnie McClurkin, Tye Tribbett, Kim Burrell, and other luminaries, the Cleveland Chorale has consistently delivered soul-stirring performances that transcend musical boundaries.
