Hope Voigt, who has served as chief operating officer for the De Pere-based mechanical contracting firm Tweet Garot since 2016, was recently promoted to company president. A certified public accountant with an MBA, Voigt was praised in her promotion announcement by Tweet Garot CEO Chris Howald as having been instrumental in driving operational excellence and strategic growth at the firm.
