Today, I sat down with Philadelphia Phillies pitching coach, Caleb Cotham. Caleb is one of the most intelligent people I’ve ever met. After an onslaught of injuries while playing, he decided to take up coaching. He was the second youngest pitching coach in Major League Baseball at age 33. His coaching style has been able to blend the heart of an athlete with data of sabermterics to create one of the best pitching rosters in Major League Baseball.
