In the wake of highlight reel of the 2009 National Championship game being played on SEC Network, Jared Mitchell and Anthony Ranaudo catch up with former LSU Baseball teammate, DJ LeMahieu.
DJ currently plays for the NY Yankees, coming off an MVP caliber season after his first year in pinstripes. DJ was drafted in the second round by the Chicago Cubs falling the 09 National Championship, made it to the big leagues with the, was traded to Colorado where he eventually won a batting title, and made the postseason twice, while playing with multiple All-Stars, and an MVP-caliber player in Nolan Arenado.
DJ comes from Michigan, and in an extremely humble individual, given his accomplishments.
