West Virginia Delegate-Elect S. Chris Anders from Berkeley Co., District 97 will be sworn in on January 8th. He's been working in politics for 18 years, but this will be his first elected position. Chris says, "The free market is the only path to prosperity." Also, another newly elected delegate from the same county was just arrested!
