West Virginia Senator Patricia Rucker has been instrumental in the state advancing school choice. As a homeschool Mom, she vows to stand against the unwarranted attack on homeschooling by out-going Senate President Craig Blair and Gov. Jim Justice. Rucker spent the weekend in DC attending the Students For Life Convention. Her family has been very involved in standing for the right to life.
