Cs: Slunce pražilo na římské Colosseum, jehož masivní kamenné oblouky vrhaly delikátní stíny na zem.
En: The sun beat down on the Roman Colosseum, its massive stone arches casting delicate shadows on the ground.
Cs: Atmosféra bzučela vzrušením a vůní pouličního jídla.
En: The atmosphere buzzed with excitement and the aroma of street food.
Cs: Alena stála s Jitkou na náměstí před tímto monumentálním divem historie, fascinována a trochu ztracena v davech turistů.
En: Alena stood with Jitka in the square in front of this monumental wonder of history, fascinated and a bit lost in the crowds of tourists.
Cs: "Jitko, podívej se na ty řady oblouků," řekla Alena nadšeně, oči široké a plné obdivu.
