Lt: Rudens popietė buvo tyli ir jauki.
En: It was a quiet and cozy autumn afternoon.
Lt: Lukas sėdėjo savo kambaryje Vilniuje, akis už kelių knygų pluošto stūmė lapų supyniai už lango.
En: Lukas sat in his room in Vilnius, his eyes pushing through a pile of books to gaze at the swirl of leaves outside the window.
Lt: Saulė be maldos nusileido, pripildydama kambarį šiltais atspalviais - oranžine, geltona ir lašišine spalva.
En: The sun, without prayer, set, filling the room with warm shades of orange, yellow, and salmon.
Lt: Lukas pasiruošęs laukė Ingridos skambučio.
En: Lukas was ready, waiting for Ingrida's call.
Lt: Jo širdyje kirbėjo nerimas, bet taip pat dūzgė lūkesčiai jų būsimam pokalbiui.
