Sl: Pomlad je prišla v Ljubljano in Botanični vrt se je prebudil v vsej svoji lepoti.
En: Spring arrived in Ljubljana and the Botanični vrt awoke in all its beauty.
Sl: Matej, Anja in Bojan so se tistega sončnega dne odločili, da ga obiščejo.
En: Matej, Anja, and Bojan decided to visit it on that sunny day.
Sl: Matej je imel rad naravo in še posebej rože.
En: Matej loved nature, especially flowers.
Sl: Rad je preživljal čas med rastlinami.
En: He enjoyed spending time among the plants.
Sl: Tisto jutro je bil posebej vznemirjen.
En: That morning, he was particularly excited.
Sl: "Zrak je poln vonjav," je dejala Anja, ko so hodili po potki, obkroženi s cvetočimi drevesi.
En: "The air is full of scents," said Anja as they walked along the path surrounded by blooming trees.
Sl: Bojan je hodil za njima in fotografiral raznobarvne cvetove.
En: Bojan followed behind them, photographing the colorful blooms.
Sl: Anja je vedno vedela, kako prepoznati rastline.
En: Anja always knew how to identify plants.
Sl: Matej je bil vesel, ker je imel tako dobra prijatelja.
En: Matej was happy to have such good friends.
Sl: Toda pod veselim zunanjim videzom, Matej ni bil popolnoma miren.
En: But beneath his cheerful exterior, Matej was not completely at ease.
Sl: V zadnjem času je opazil, da mu cvetni prah povzroča težave.
En: Recently, he noticed that pollen was causing him problems.
Sl: Ni vedel, kako povedati Anji in Bojanu, saj se je bal, da bo pokvaril dan.
En: He didn't know how to tell Anja and Bojan, fearing it would ruin the day.

En: He kept his discomfort to himself without anyone noticing.
Sl: "Saj je tukaj čudovito," je rekel Bojan in se ustavil, da bi posnel še eno fotografijo.
En: "It's so wonderful here," said Bojan, stopping to take another photo.
Sl: Matej se je skušal nasmejati, a je začutil, kako ga začne srbeti v nosu.
En: Matej tried to smile but felt an itch in his nose.

En: His throat tightened, his mouth filled with saliva, and he felt dizzy.
Sl: Ko so se približali najbolj cvetličnemu delu vrta, je Matej nenadoma kihnil.
En: As they approached the most floral part of the garden, Matej suddenly sneezed.
Sl: Njegovi prijatelji so se obrnili k njemu, a je še naprej trdil: "Vse je v redu.
En: His friends turned towards him, but he kept insisting, "Everything is fine."
Sl: " Vendar ni trajalo dolgo, preden ga je začela spet dušiti alergija.
En: However, it didn't take long before his allergy started suffocating him again.
Sl: Nepričakovano je zgrabil Anjino roko.
En: Unexpectedly, he grabbed Anja's hand.
Sl: V očeh je imel solze, komaj je dihal.
En: His eyes were teary, and he was barely breathing.
Sl: "Matej, kaj je narobe?
En: "Matej, what's wrong?"
Sl: " je vprašala Anja zaskrbljeno.
En: Anja asked worriedly.
Sl: "Mislim.
En: "I think...
Sl: da imam alergijo," je komaj izgovoril.
En: I have an allergy," he barely managed to say.
Sl: Anja se je hitro spomnila na svoje znanje o rastlinah.
En: Anja quickly recalled her knowledge of plants.
Sl: "Se spomniš tistega grma, Tam pri vhodu?
En: "Remember that bush by the entrance?
Sl: Ima liste, ki pomagajo pri alergijah.
En: It has leaves that help with allergies.
Sl: Počakaj tukaj.
En: Wait here."
Sl: "Anja je stekla nazaj in čez nekaj trenutkov prinesla nekaj zelenih listov.
En: Anja ran back and returned a few moments later with some green leaves.
Sl: "To je regratov čaj," je rekla, "žvečaj te liste.
En: "This is dandelion tea," she said, "chew these leaves."
Sl: " Matej je poslušal in že po nekaj minutah je začutil olajšanje.
En: Matej listened, and after a few minutes, he felt relief.
Sl: "Zdi se mi bolje," je rekel in obrisal oči.
En: "I feel better," he said, wiping his eyes.
Sl: "Hvala, Anja.
En: "Thank you, Anja."
Sl: ""Drugi dan bomo natančnejši," je pribil Bojan s polovičnim nasmeškom.
En: "We'll be more careful next time," added Bojan with a half-smile.
Sl: Matej je lažje zadihal in se zahvalil prijateljema.
En: Matej breathed easier and thanked his friends.
Sl: Dan so nadaljevali s pitjem čaja pod cvetočim drevesom.
En: They continued their day by drinking tea under a blossoming tree.
Sl: Kot so se pogovarjali o rastlinah, se je Matej zavedel, kako pomembno je zaupati prijateljem.
En: As they chatted about plants, Matej realized how important it is to trust friends.
Sl: Njegova skrb za rastline je bila velika, a danes je ugotovil, kako pomembno je tudi negovati prijateljstva.
En: His care for plants was immense, but today he learned how crucial it is to nurture friendships as well.
Sl: In tako so na koncu dneva odšli skozi vrt, bogatejši za eno izkušnjo.
En: And so, at the end of the day, they left the garden richer with one more experience.
Sl: Matej je bil pripravljen deliti več o sebi, tako kot so rastline vedno razkrivale svoje najlepše cvetove v pomladi.
En: Matej was ready to share more about himself, just as plants always reveal their most beautiful blooms in spring.
