Sl: V zraku se je čutilo praznično vznemirjenje, saj so bile povsod pajčevine in buče – vse je bilo pripravljeno za noč čarovnic.
En: A festive excitement was felt in the air, as cobwebs and pumpkins were everywhere – everything was ready for Halloween.

Sl: Matej je stal poleg svoje sestre Zale.
En: Matej stood next to his sister Zala.

Sl: Bil je malo živčen.
En: He was a little nervous.

En: Every so often, he looked at his watch.

Sl: "Še imamo čas, Zala.
En: "We still have time, Zala.

En: Don't worry," he reassured her, even though he was concerned about whether they would catch the flight on time.

Sl: Zala se je nasmehnila, a njene oči so bile tam nekje daleč.
En: Zala smiled, but her eyes were far away.

Sl: "V redu sem, Matej," je rekla, a njen lasten nemir je bil občuten.
En: "I'm okay, Matej," she said, but her own unease was noticeable.

Sl: Nato, tik preden sta prišla do prijavnega pulta, se je Zala nenadoma ustavila.
En: Then, just before they reached the check-in counter, Zala suddenly stopped.

Sl: Njeno dihanje je postalo hitro in plitvo.
En: Her breathing became fast and shallow.

Sl: "Zala!
En: "Zala!"

Sl: " je zaskrbjeno rekel Matej.
En: Matej said worriedly.

Sl: Njena roka je trdno držala svojo inhalator, vendar ni pomagal.
En: Her hand was tightly gripping her inhaler, but it wasn't helping.

Sl: To je bila resna astmatična kriza.
En: It was a serious asthma attack.

Sl: Matejeve misli so divjale.

En: He knew there was no time to wait for rescuers.

Sl: Matej je hitro pogledal okoli sebe.
En: Matej quickly looked around.

Sl: Opazil je znak za zdravstveno pomoč.
En: He noticed a sign for medical assistance.

Sl: "Počakaj tukaj, takoj bom nazaj," je hitro rekel in stekel do medicinske postaje.
En: "Wait here, I'll be right back," he quickly said and ran to the medical station.

Sl: Anže, umirjen in vešč medic, ga je pričakal z blagim nasmehom.
En: Anže, a calm and skilled medic, greeted him with a gentle smile.

Sl: "Potrebujemo pomoč.
En: "We need help.

Sl: Moja sestra, astma," je izdahnil Matej, ko je zlomil dih.
En: My sister, asthma," Matej gasped, catching his breath.

Sl: Anže je vzel nujno torbo in skupaj z Matejem tekel nazaj k Zali.
En: Anže took an emergency bag and, together with Matej, ran back to Zala.

Sl: Anže je hitro in mirno ukrepal.
En: Anže acted quickly and calmly.

Sl: Strokovno ji je pomagal dihati, uporabil dodatni inhalacijski pripomoček in počasi je Zalin obraz dobil nazaj svojo običajno barvo.
En: He expertly helped her breathe, used an additional inhalation device, and slowly Zala's face regained its usual color.

Sl: "V redu boš, Zala," jo je nežno spodbudil.
En: "You’ll be okay, Zala," he gently encouraged her.

En: Still frightened but already better, Zala thanked Anže.

En: "Thank you, I couldn't have managed without you," she took a breath with relief.

Sl: Matej je hvaležno stisnil roke Anžetu.
En: Matej gratefully shook Anže's hands.

Sl: "Iskrena hvala.
En: "Sincere thanks.

Sl: Ne vemo, kaj bi storili brez vas.
En: We don't know what we would have done without you."

Sl: "Anže se je le nasmehnil.
En: Anže just smiled.

Sl: "To je moj poklic.
En: "It's my job.

Sl: Samo skrbite za zdravje in srečno potovanje.
En: Just take care of your health and safe travels."

Sl: "Ko sta Matej in Zala odhajala proti terminalu, je Matej že razmišljal, kako bo odslej vedno imel pripravljeno medicinsko torbo pri sebi.
En: As Matej and Zala headed toward the terminal, Matej was already thinking about how he would always have a medical bag ready with him in the future.

En: He learned a lot from this experience.

En: Zala leaned on him, still noticeably tired, but happy they could continue.

Sl: Sledila sta množici ljudi, še vedno v duhu noči čarovnic, pripravljena na nove avanture.
En: They followed the crowd of people, still in the spirit of Halloween, ready for new adventures.

En: The autumn wind blew through the doors, but Matej knew that Zala was now fine, and their journey could continue.
