Story Transcript:
Sl: V pomladnem jutru, ko sonce nežno objema slovensko pokrajino, se Zala, Niko in Bojan zberejo pri vhodu v Postojnsko jamo.
En: On a spring morning, as the sun gently embraces the Slovenian landscape, Zala, Niko, and Bojan gather at the entrance to the Postojna Cave.
Sl: Zala, s svetlečimi očmi in nahrbtnikom, je polna pričakovanj.
En: Zala, with bright eyes and a backpack, is full of anticipation.
Sl: Rada raziskuje nove kraje in se veseli vsake priložnosti, da odkrije nekaj novega.
En: She loves exploring new places and looks forward to every opportunity to discover something new.
Sl: Zraven nje pa, z rahlo zategnjenim nasmehom, stoji Niko, ki načrtuje poseben vtis.
En: Beside her, with a slightly strained smile, stands Niko, who plans to make a special impression.
Sl: Odločil se je, da bo danes Zali pokazal, kako zanimiva je Postojnska jama, čeprav o njej ve le malo.
En: He has decided to show Zala how interesting the Postojna Cave is today, even though he knows little about it.
Sl: "Naj vas pozdravim pri naši čudoviti Postojnski jami," začne Niko samozavestno, pri tem pa pogleda naokrog po skalnatem vhodu.
En: "Let me welcome you to our beautiful Postojna Cave," Niko begins confidently, glancing around the rocky entrance.
Sl: "Tu so živeli jamski zmajčki, ki so stražili zaklad," dodaja s pomenljivim glasom.
En: "Here lived cave dragons who guarded treasure," he adds with a meaningful voice.
Sl: Zala se zasmeje.
En: Zala laughs.
Sl: Njegova izvirnost jo zabava, vendar hkrati ve, da nekaj morda le ne drži povsem.
En: His creativity amuses her, yet she senses that something might not be entirely accurate.
Sl: Medtem na drugem koncu jame, Bojan, pravi vodnik, z zanimanjem opazi ta nenavaden prizor.
En: Meanwhile, at the other end of the cave, Bojan, the real guide, observes this unusual scene with interest.
Sl: S širokim nasmehom se približa ter opazuje Nika, ki nadaljuje svojo izmišljeno zgodbo.
En: With a broad smile, he approaches and watches Niko as he continues his imaginary story.
Sl: "Ja, pa še to," nadaljuje Niko, "stalagmiti tu rastejo kot gobice po dežju.
En: "Yes, and also," Niko continues, "the stalagmites here grow like mushrooms after the rain.
Sl: Prav potipajte, so mehki kot puh.
En: Just touch them; they're as soft as fluff."
Sl: " Zala igraje iztegne roko, nato pa začuti, kako se stalagmiti čvrsto in hladno odzivajo njenemu dotiku.
En: In a playful manner, Zala reaches out her hand and feels the stalagmites respond firmly and coldly to her touch.
Sl: Zabava jo Nikova domišljija.
En: Niko's imagination entertains her.
Sl: Bojan takrat stopi naprej.
En: At that moment, Bojan steps forward.
Sl: "Oprostite," oglasi se z nasmeškom.
En: "Excuse me," he speaks up with a smile.
Sl: "Jaz sem Bojan, in čeprav rad slišim lepe zgodbe, bi rad dodal, da so stalagmiti nekoliko bolj trdni, kot si mi to raje predstavljamo!
En: "I'm Bojan, and although I love hearing beautiful stories, I'd like to add that stalagmites are a bit firmer than we might prefer to imagine!"
Sl: “ pove z iskrivostjo v glasu, medtem ko navihano pomežikne Zali.
En: he says with a twinkle in his voice, while playfully winking at Zala.
Sl: Niko se sprva zardi, a Bojan nadaljuje.
En: Niko blushes at first, but Bojan continues.
Sl: "Kaj, če skupaj naredimo našo turo še zanimivejšo?
En: "What if we make our tour even more interesting together?
Sl: Kot na primer, govorice, da se vode v jami včasih svetijo zaradi skrivnostnih jamskih bitij?
En: Like the rumors that the waters in the cave sometimes glow because of mysterious cave creatures?
Sl: Si upate?
En: Would you dare?"
Sl: " doda z nasmehom.
En: he adds with a smile.
Sl: Zala se smeji.
En: Zala laughs.
Sl: Njena pustolovska duša je očarana.
En: Her adventurous spirit is enchanted.
Sl: Sledi Bojanovim besedam in igra sodeluje v domišljijskem pripovedovanju.
En: She follows Bojan's words and playfully participates in the imaginative storytelling.
Sl: Odloči, da bo pustila Nikovo domislico živeti naprej, ker ve, da gre za zabavo in igro.
En: She decides to let Niko's creativity live on because she knows it's all about fun and play.
Sl: Ko končajo ogled, se prijatelji skupaj odpravijo proti izhodu, Niko pa se nauči pomembne lekcije.
En: When they finish the tour, the friends head towards the exit together, and Niko learns an important lesson.
Sl: Včasih je najbolje, da se smejemo sebi in da pristnost osvoji še tako iskriv domislek.
En: Sometimes it's best to laugh at ourselves and let authenticity capture even the most sparkling imagination.
Sl: Družina in prijatelji so mu pomembni, smeh pa najboljši sopotnik na poti skoz življenje.
En: Family and friends are important to him, and laughter is the best companion on the journey through life.
